He's from one of my favourite NIS games, I love him.

Though genuinely, I really like his design, typing, his movepool and stat spread. One of my favourite mons this gen.

It's almost a shame it's a legendary since that basically means I can't use it in the Battle Tree or anything substantial though, really.
