Bitch linoone is one of the best journey pokemon there is. Surf, Strength, Rock Smash, Cut, Pickup for Rare Candies, and access to Headbutt before level 10, which completely fucks up the first half of the main story. If you want to actually invest in it, it has a respectable physical movepool and it's laughably easy to pull of Belly Drum during the main story. Shit competitively sure, but it's a staple of my team in gen 3 runs.
