Rampardos is a huge wallbreaker in lower tiers, and also a decent revenge killer with scarf.

It's elder god tier in-game. 100/90/60 bulk is great on the physical side and okayish for special, 120 attack is excellent and 80 speed is sanic in Alola.
Could be decent in lower tiers, competitively.
