Jolly + Swords Dance gives a lot of damage and lets it outspeed a bunch of important threats. It can then use shadow sneak on any others if need be. What's wrong with what he said?

Some of those guys will still out speed you if that also have +speed natures skid rather go adamant and let shadow sneak make up for a lack of speed.
