when i'm putting together a team i always forget about it. it's usually a waste of an item slot, unless it's a status z-move. for example z-parting shot does the original move and also fully heals the pokemon that is switching in. i usually don't switch my pokémon unless i get encored, but i do like to use golisopod, so if i carry a speedy pokemon with z-parting shot (like alolan persian) then i make use of his terrible ability.
