Why wouldn't a SOS Chansey not have one? Just bring someone with Frisk, False Swipe and Thief to see if any have them.

Sneasel line is perfect for this combination to keep in just one poke, but you can always interchange between pokemon.

my friend said pelipper carry lucky egg with 5% chance and he said that he got one from pelipper, but I haven't tested it myself and serebii doesn't mention it either :/

Indeed, there's a lot of half or miss information. I never hear about people who had a Lucky Egg themselves, only what a friend of a friend said.
That's why I was hoping for some first-hand experience "Yes, I Thieved one from a Chansey myself."
