I don't know guys, I agree that it certainly is inspired by a angler fish first and foremost but, this card art means that someone sees the dolphin in it too. The cards are usually pretty accurate to what pokemon they represent too.

Now, on a related note. is Tapu Fini a swordfish or dolphin? The only reason I think it's a swordfish is because it has fin rays on the dorsal fin just like a fish does.
