16 atk ensures you always 2hko 252/252 chansey i believe. the rest dumped into spatk and speed/hp (its hard to figure out speed tiers rn, everything new and relevant is either slow as fug or sanic fast. thanks aslowla)
taunt is good for preventing things like toxapex from life orb stalling you but flamethrower will be needed for skarm and friends
