If people are picking these Pokemon up as trophies because they are shiny all your whining is irrelevant because they aren't even being used.

If they are being used for competitive battling, they don't have any illegal moves. They just have 6 perfect IVs and the EVs in the respective two stats the person will use. I.e, it will literally be no different from any normally bred 5-6 IV Pokemon that's gone through the EV training process. Literally NOTHING about these Pokemon give them an inherent advantage over regularly bred Pokemon.
