this is the path i took, maybe not proper but how i did it:
>do post game and make your way to battle tree
>get ass handed to you by sucky in game pokemon till you can buy all the power items
>get a thief, compound eye butterfree
>sos chain rogginrolas for everstone
>sos chain meowth for destiny knot
>prepair for sos ditto chains(catch a wild munchlax, relearn recyle, forget all other moves, catch a hypno, relearn switcharoo, give leppa berry)
>sos chain a couple ditto(about 45 in will do, munchlax first, switchroo hypno, false swipe, adrinlin orb, chain)
>breed some potentially good pokemon after about 20ish go to battle tree to turn on IV checker
>breed up some proper mons
>battle tree till your anus bleeds
>in the background run bean mines to gather shards
