NU was the lowest tier for ages until PU recently became official. It's very bad. It's RU that's "not even that bad".

I don't see any reason Lurantis won't be PU though, honestly. It doesn't have anything going for it.

It probably wouldn't be FU, but FU isn't currently a thing. The effort to make it died off. If it ever materializes it'll be in another gen or two when PU is really over swollen.
