Found out that skin color can be changed pretty easily in a hex editor.
04 or 0c are the 2 white skins
14 is tan
1c is black
I messed around a bit but couldn't find anything else useful. This was with the female character.

Unlikely. XY had male and female clothes use the same values. And so far SM has been pretty strict on preventing illegal combos (no removing shoes, no removing bag, no hat + accessory, no pigtails + hat)
