I think there should have been more than one single battle against a team of pokemon you already fought with some stat boosts.

While a nice challenge, I was expecting that while in the Ultra Space full of Ultra Beasts I would actually fight some Ultra Beasts.

Instead you just had fought the one Nihilego back in Aether Paradise after the 2nd Island, and the rest are strictly a post-game catch-a-thon.
