I like the Popplio line a lot in this one--the poofy sleeves for Popplio's front flippers are particularly inspired (although I don't like the skirt on Popplio--it doesn't look like an actual garment of clothing that matches the top).

The Litten line is kind of halfway there. It has a lot of good general ideas, but doesn't always pull them off. Litten is kind of the worst of them--the ponytails for the whiskers are a nice touch, but the attempt to incorporate the ears just falls flat, and the shirt and weird arm netting things are just kind of weird. It just doesn't have personality. Torracat, on the other hand, is well done--using the collar for the whiskers makes more a more senible hairstyle (ahoge is a good touch), and the design just comes together a lot better. The clothes look like actual clothing a person would wear. Incineroar is costume-y, but it's a wrestling outfit, so that fits. My two big complaints are that while yes, the ponytail calls back to Incineroar's tail, the fact that it's on her head weakens the approximation of Incineroar's head, and that her pose isn't heel-y enough. Make that expression more menacing!

Rowlett line is a complete mess with zero inspiration. It's just people wearing pokemon costumes. I can't really go too in-depth on this, but just imagine that if instead of the dumb cape, the Rowlett kid was wearing a tux in that color, like when you dress up a young kid for a wedding. I think that would work really well.
