Alakazam is already in BL, and it's already gotten a Mega with sky-high speed and Sp. Atk.

Hydreigon has a great typing, a great movepool, a solid ability, and good Sp. Atk. Really, it's fairies, it's awkward speed, and some power creep that hurt it.

His movepool has gaps, but you can definitely make a really solid set however you choose to play.

Most success I feel is from a Parting shot set with U-turn with a good Volt Switch user and one or two pokemon who benefit a ton from Parting shot like (no h8) wishiwashi.

I've noticed there's a ton of synergy with Silvally, Tapu Koko & Wishiwashi, as Electric terrain allows Wishiwashi to rest to full on a whim and when elec terrain is down and they poke out wishiwashi to stop schooling, you can come back in off the back of Silvally really comfortably.
