Can a Choice Specs Oricorio still copy Dance Moves with its ability?

I tested this a bit and I am honestly a bit confused by the results I got. On the turns my Ribombee used Quiver Dance, Orocorio copied it but then when it tried to use its actual attack for the turn it failed, after Ribombee was KO'd and I used a non-Dance move before Oricorio attacked its attack went through normally.
Any one have anymore insight? What if my Oricorio was faster than my Quiver Dancer?

A perfect solution would be an improved version of the White Hollow/Black Tower from gen 5, a place with in-game battles that give EXP and increasingly tough trainers.

Both Path for Brilliant Stone Hunting and Path for Interesting Treasure Hunting have all the evolutionary stones, but the former has the stones + a coulpe more items, while the latter has all the items that can be found in the other paths. So if you're interested only in the evolutionary stones you should only do the brilliant stone path.

You'll still find a lot of hard stones because RNG is a bitch, but it's the only way so....

I found a Serperior, which as I understand is one of the pokemon that is supposed to be found depending on the day/location. Of they used 16 bits to tell the game which Pokemon is which Pokémon there would be 65,535 Pokémon in game, anything over 386 would result in an error and therefore a glitch. Just level the Pokemon up, honestly. It's way faster than just walking around a bunch and the TM "trick" is either pointlessly slow or flat-out doesn't work at all. You're better off leveling the Pokemon normally and bringing them for their daily massage. Max out their affection so they get boosted EXP gains.

Colors are purely cosmetic. Pick the one you like best, or pick the one that compliments the rest of your team. As for nature, mine happened to be Quirky, but I guess the obvious answer would be either Timid or Jolly depending on how you want to use it, though it has the capacity to be mixed (I used Power Gem and Acrobatics on mine), in which case maybe Hasty or Naive would be better. Minior's versatile as fuck, so it's up to you and what role you want it to play on your team.
