How come you can deposit hacked Pokémon on the GTS but you're

because they're shiny locked, the game recognizes that its a legit pokemon, but one that has a shiny palette that hasn't been released yet. they cant ban you so they simply lock the pokemon out.

Anything is fair game as long as it doesn't have a certain ribbon. The impossible shiny ones just sit there indefinitely instead of being traded.

Anything can be deposed on the GTS because it's linked to your save, check with pkhex.

Illegal pokemon is not visible online.

Only family I had issues obtaining was Porygon's evolutions. Everything else I had no trouble getting with Castform, Beldum, or Feebas.
