Why
Ever noticed the older a pokemon game gets, the more expensive it becomes? Or is this the first time you're realizing this?
Why not, it has two regions

By like 10-20 dollars. That's 8 times the original price, you can't defend this
Well then.
At least here in the UK we can get HG/SS for 80 or 60.but HOLY FUCK that is expensive!

Supply & Demand.

good one
>>30383571
Because It's the best game
I still see copies at the Walmart near me for like 30$ lol
>>30383815
Is it sealed? If it is, then the price is somewhat justified due to it having the Pokewalker accessory.
rarity, demand etc

Blue isn't even a good game, Jesus.
>>30384050
Though, it's definitely rare.
The game was released in 1996, whaddya expect?
>>30384136Though, it is overpriced, even for something as hard to find as it.
>all these people ignoring the More Buying Options
Amazon 3rd party is not an accurate measure of market value for out of print games. They're so marked up that anybody with half a brain should realize they're a complete joke. Look at completed eBay listings to see how much the game typically sells for.

Because of howperfectthe game was anon.

Rare =/= Good
>>30383571

Low supply, mostly.
They didn't print much since every new version came with a pokewalker

You want to know what makes it even funnier?
You could play that copy of SoulSilver on any DS. It is functional and usable.
There is pretty much no format where Lotus is playable. It is nothing more than a status symbol.
>>30387586
Retardation at it's finest.
They could've sold it for millions, yet they thought it was a good idea to cut the thing up.
Did you notice that HGSS is basically the only Pokemon game that wasn't still collecting dust on store shelves 5 years after release? It had a much smaller printing than normal.
>>30387712
it wasn't real, pay closer attention
>>30387707
well then.
>>30387800
at least it ain't real.
It would've been a shitstorm if it was.
>>30387737
stores acknowledged it sucked
