I never use this Amie/Refresh bullshit because

a) it grants you all kinds of unfair boosts like boosted exp, increased dodge/hit rate, Sturdy, etc. that makes the game even easier
b) it turns your Pokemon into fags

Does anyone know if the refresh perks work in online battles?

So Amie/Refresh affection gives bonuses.
Do these bonuses work online? I'd assume not, but I've not tried.
Also, do they work in Battle facilities such as the Battle Tree? I'd assume if they don't work online, they'd also not work in the Tree.
Just wondering because I never bothered with Refresh for any more than healing status after battles, and thanks to using poke pelago to hatch 18 eggs at once, I have more than enough rainbow beans to max some pokemon's affection and get the bonuses.
