Yes, same movepool. Only difference is the stats. It sacrifices HP, Defenses, and Special Attack for more Speed.

IMO Zygarde 10% will be OU once the meta settles and people actually start using it.

Thousand Arrows is insanely good. Base 115 Speed, Extremespeed, Dragon Dance, STAB Outrage, etc.

Doggo puts in work.

The problem that most Dragons have now is that they're easily walled. Not only do Fairies and Steels shut down their Dragon STAB, but most are tanky enough to deny their coverage moves too. Look at Kommo-o.

You know what resists Ground type moves? Flying, Grass, and Bug. Take Flying out, and basically nothing walls Ground / Dragon STAB. Zygarde is one of the only Dragons that can safely run a Choice set because of this.

Plus the fact that it grounds Skarmory and Celesteela.
