He cares about her but the whole edgy loner thing means he'd just shrug her off in conversations like he does everyone else

They have one scene together that's pretty nice but other than that they don't seem to talk to each other much. He does thank you for helping Lillie so much so I think Gladion still has his brotherly instincts for his imouto even if he doesn't show it.
