Which format is it for? VGC, Battle Spot Singles, or OU?

Leech Life and Lunge are the best options for Bug STAB because they improve survivability. Superpower is generally your Fighting STAB. After that it's trickier. Earthquake, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, and Thunder Punch are all coverage options. Substitute is great if you're going with a bulkier build, and Bulk Up can make it a brutal monster. Protect is useful as always in VGC. Taunt is neat if you got nothing better to do.

Could you elaborate? I am about to catch this poke and would like to try a few sets.
This is literally the first "legendary" (as in, not breedable) I am interested into and would like to reset for optimal ones, so the more stuff to test out, the better.
