Some kind of camp or activity for you to encourage your pokemon to develop new personality traits. That'd be a better way to contextualize it. Poke-psychologist makes it sound like brainwashing.

But yeah. Natures are obnoxious. Especially with Mystery Gift Pokemon. You can potentially control the natures for every other scenario than those.

Bad luck is just bad luck. I've Matsuda'd 3 shinies in a bit over 1000 eggs, with the first being a Pawniard in only 27 eggs.
