They offer different shit as hazard control units with u turn and recovery.

Tsareena if you want a physically defensive spiner.

Decidueye if you want a spdef Defogger that isn't weak to fairy but fears pursuit and double switches a lot.

I prefer Tsareena because I get to use my own rocks and can threathen steel types better. It comes down to what your team needs.

No, Time Bokan. It's an anime show for kids that predates Jojo by about a decade.

Here's the premise: a plucky boy hero and his girl companion meet a new one episode character each week, a group of three bad guys who attack via a giant robot show up to antagonize, the heroes beat them up usually with lots of high voltage attacks, and the villains are defeated with the same style of explosion they are in every episode.
