Either Timid or Modest is fine. Timid is preferred since it lets you outrun garchomp and by maxing out speed and special Attack Beast Boost already boosts SpA anyway

Plus it's a decent nature on Scarf sets but I'd rather use Timid for that to juke +1 charizard Z and Scarf Chomp if I have HP Ice.
