I've contracted Pokérus 3 times naturally. I got it in Emerald first but as a kid I was retarded and had no idea what it was, second time in Black 2, and most recently in Sun. No idea how I've gotten it that many times.

Anywhere from one day to three days. If you box a Pokemon with Pokérus it doesn't get cured so you can make it last longer.

I got it on the first island a few battles after catching cutiefly. First time I've gotten it ingame as far as I'm aware.

Yes it won't go away if the Pokemon is boxed. Not sure about breeding but as long as you have a Pokérus Pokemon in your party it will infect other Pokemon. By doing this you can get multiple Pokérus Pokemon and spread it forever.

All my Pokemon had it after catching Solgaleo. It freaked me out, as if Nebby wanted my Pokemon to be better.

Let me remind all of you it goes away at literally midnight if the host is still in your party.

You can have it out for 23 hours and 59 minutes, just box it before you sleep (unless you're a nightowl, in which case, box at 11:50 for safety.)
