So you're going to want to get an Everstone and a Destiny Knot, and make sure you have a method to breed in any Egg Moves that you want.

Then, breed with the 6IV until you get a kid with more IVs than the parent, then swap the kid into breed, repeat. 6IV is hard, because at most 5 IVs (with the DKnot) are passed down in any given generation.

Eevees have mostly adaptibility, some have run away. Range from 5 IVs to 3 IVs. Only in an Ultraball.

Smeargle all have HA moody but i don't have as much smeargles as eevees. And they only range from 4IV to 2IV.
comes in a friend ball.

Natures are a complete mess. Just say if you want something specific and i look if i have one.

Is there any guides to how to teambuild? The stuff in the pastebin isn't super helpful

good trick to finishing the dex- go on GTS, and put something up people really want for trade for a mon that evos with a held item when traded. Then simply put IT up for trade for a different one. Rinse and repeat. I never actually had to evolve any of the held item mons, or weather SOS cause I got them all over GTS. For mons like castform, just scan the QR code and then you can trade for it!

the pokemon on my team are below level 30, and i haven't even foght the second kahuna
