I've been chaining eevees for an hour for a shiny and finally gave up and caught a regular non-shiny one since i'm out of pp for all my pokemon's moves, but it doesn't even have its HA, what's the likelihood of an HA eevee even appearing in the chains?i just want to a modest shiny sylveon dammit

By my figuring of chaining Ditto, the HA seems to pop up about 10% of the time. This was a low sample size though

Supposedly it increases as the chain continues, so it may be more than that as you go on. In my anecdotal experience, it's probably somewhat higher than that at 20+ chains.
