Psychic and Ghost shit can be even harder to treat because Psychic Therapy is of dubious use on Humans, illegal in some regions, and the effects could last anywhere from a few minutes to the rest of your fucking life as a subconscious trigger. My Xatu is not a fucking miracle worker and cannot just fix a recurring subconscious nightmare you got trying to get a friend's Hypno to plant some sexy dreams with a gym leader in your head.

Everstones can be found anywhere Geodudes live in Johto, I believe they're formed from the same minerals. I've heard they form on about 1 in 20 Geodudes, shouldn't be hard to find lying around if you have Pokemon strong enough to knock around a couple of them.

Either way ditch the skull clothes. I had to ditch the Aqua junk, but at least people in Alola already dressed sort of like pirates so I just had to change my clothes a little. Been doing the fisherman thing for three years now, but I had to do trainer crap and eat nothing but berries until I could afford a fishing rod. The trots aren't fun, but eating the thick skins off some the berries can help it a little.

As for the fisherman thing not an option in Alola. I covered this in the previous thread but there's something about our pokemon here that they won't bite just any old rod you make. Okay, guys, this is "Mew clone hanging around Cerulean cave" level of unbelievable, but I'm being entirely serious. I need help here

I had caught a roggenrola years ago at Ten Carat Hill, and he helped me catch a rockruff. There were a few, but Roggenrola brought me over to one that seemed to be really badly hurt. It looked like something tried to kill him, poor thing. I picked him up, took him to the Pokemon center and had him all healed up. I decided to make him my own, which he was happy to be. Years later, they evolved. Gigalith and Lycanroc always got along great together, both in battle and just in general. I decided ot go back to Ten Carat Hill because I heard there was a Flying Z crystal somewhere in there.

There, I find some weird pokemon. It looked like some sort of dark rock type form what I was able to guess. I sent out my Kommo-o and it one shot my dragon. It seemed to be recharging, so I'm guessing it was something like a Hyper Beam. So I send out Lycanroc, and he freaks out and tries to get me away from it. I tell him to not worry and sent out Gigalith to try and calm him down. Gigalith then proceeds to freak out. It fires off another one of those hyper beam things, which nearly takes out Gigalith.It's at that point that I high tailed it out of there.

What was that thing? It was black and edgy and super tough. Both Gigalith and Lycanroc clearly were afraid of it. They're still shaking over it, like they had some sort of PTSD flashback. Anyone else know about this freaky pokemon?

Funny enough I kind of have a legit reason. I finished the trials back in my hometown in Melemele. I actually had a pretty strong team and I had a bright idea. "Why don't I skip over to Poni Isle, catch one or two pokemon there and curb stomp the rest of the trials, my pokemon might not be ready to handle the isle by themselves but if I get lucky on my 10 ultra balls I have I should be fine!"

I wasn't fine. I got there and didn't actually see anything for a while, then I met this random old man who told me I couldn't continue until I was a champion at this point I was like wtf is he talking about (this is years before kukui setup his league). I just decided to sneak past him, then boom first encounter was a Pinsir. I swept my team and all my ultra balls failed. But what's worse is it didn't just sweep my team, it started eating them right in front of me. As I tried to stop it it decided I should join my pokemon and chased after me for a good half hour.

I spent the next 3 or 4 years wandering the island trying to find a way off but the Seafolk village was always gone when I went by. So I lived on berries running from pokemon. When I finally got back to civilization they wouldn't give me a new pokemon and I lived on the streets of Akala and Ula' ula until I failed my trial and team skull finally let me in.

Okay, so I was training up a couple Pokemon in Chargestone Cave- it's not far from where I live- and I found this depressed-looking, pink, Ursaring-like Pokemon nudging a hurt kid. Looked pretty bad. I couldn't get close to the kid without the thing growling at me.

In all my time in Unova I have never, ever seen this thing. I also left my Pokedex at home because literally who expects a new Pokemon to show up at the cave you've lived next to for five years?

Some people have given me a lot of flak for being cruel and such for rejecting so many, but I've given a lot of those Ralts away for people who really wanted them (except if they were from Sinnoh) and the one I've chosen is much better at battling. Olympia has even complimented her strength when I met her.

I don't know how they do it in Kanto, but in Unova, if you're over 18, the Pokemon center isn't free anymore.

Over here, you have to sign up for one of several possibly plans, the bare minimum being one free healing per month, and the maximum literally being 24/7 service + accommodations(AKA a hotel room inside the center) for you to sleep in at every city for one week a month + use of their training rooms.

I could never afford anything more than the minimum plan however because being a trainer here does not pay enough. I had to get a second job at a restaurant and only get to go train on the weekends.

Hey guys, it's the Veilstone guy who found a Bewear in Chargestone Cave. Turns out the authorities were too late to save the kid. The Bewear killed 'im.

Funnily enough, aparrently the kid himself brought the Bewear- or to be precise, brought a Stufful to Chargestone Cave. The thing evolved in there and uh... hugged him? Something like that.

But anyways, aparrently unless someone can take the guy in and rehabilitate him, properly train him, et cetera... they're gonna put him down. Something about shipping him back to Alola being too risky. And... well, I dunno, but it just seems too cute to put down like that. Even if it's really big and powerful... but I know nothing about this sort of thing.

Goddamnit, why did I decide to vacation in Alola, the place makes Sinnoh look well run in comparison.

At least Sinnoh's government is controlled by people, not caprious island spirit shit or whatever they worship here, and Pokemon trainers are given their proper respect.

Oh yeah, and then there's this whole Z-move craze. Fuck off, it took me way too much time and money just to get one of those damnable Mega Rings imported to Unova, I'm not buying another stupid bracelet to wear on my other arm. At least Megas don't burn all that power out in one shot.

The answer was I was stupid and didn't realize that I would need a Mega Stone to go with it.

And those somehow cost MORE than the Mega Ring did. And are mostly only for Pokemon that are already extremely dangerous and powerful to begin with that I don't have. Whoops.

I mostly just wear it to scare people into thinking I can drop a Mega Evolution on them anyways at this point, because 90% of trainers won't even bother fighting against someone with one.

Anyways, what the fuck is there to do here while I wait for my boat to whisk me back to comfortable Unova?
