Just got a kee berry from the ev reducing tree.

The rare ones only appear if the pile is 'big' (4-5 yield, usually a Crabrawler.) This is set when they day begins.

I've checked every day and only have Salac and Liechi.

SRing only helps for the normal berries like Pomeg though.

Eligibility for the rare ones (Liechi, Ganlon, Salac, Petaya, Apicot, Maranga, Kee) is determined when the day begins, with each one only appearing in big piles at one specific tree. There's no guarantee you'll even have one a day, from my experience.
