Timid for Nihiligo. Adamant for Buzzswole. Adamant and Jolly for Kartana. (You get 4) Modest/Timid/Quiet for Xuritree (I recommend resetting only for nature and HP Ice and just hyper training the difference away)

Can't say for Guzzlord and Necromaza. I went with Adamant and Modest for my for fun builds.

Why do we need Synchronize mons to catch them?

I've heard a lot of people talking about getting them for the UBs, but I dunno why.

I get that, and design wise is why I like them as other dimensional monsters. But I dislike the fact that they are treated as pokemon after the fact of catching them.
