How do I git gud at battle tree?

I have a pretty good Singles setup. I'm at battle 82 and have had zero problems.

Isle Evelup

You don't need a macho brace to EV train and the power items got a boost this gen.

Isle Evelup is basically passive EV training. Set and forget, trained mon when you wake up.

Upgrade Isle Evel Up in Pelaga to level 3. At level 3, every session will raise the set stat by 4 ev's. It's much slower then pokerus + power items + chaining but it's handy to get started with.

I literally got to 50 on using 1 EV trained mon and it was a fucking Golisopod. Battle tree is so fucking easy it hurts, the AI is so he'll bent on following a handful of shitty strategies it ends up tricking itself in to defeat from simple techniques.

I had a tapu koko and golisopod as support if something went wrong.

Wait until January when you can transfer all your good Pokemon over without grinding a bunch.

I'm using a team of my bros in Doubles. The format really lends itself to having a more varied team. Singles is basically.
