dexnav, blissey bases, d-pad use, infinite breeding loop, soaring in the sky, secret islands, every legendary being available, hordes, ease of the PSS, wally.
i'm sure there's more, that's just off the top of my head.
The new IV checker is better than 90% of that, though, so I am okay.

O-Powers, hordes, infinite loop, Blissey bases. Everything that helped with the breeding, really.

removing every other feature from the dexnav, part of what made completing my living dex so fun in ORAS was it literally (easily, i might add) showing me what routes I was finished with and which I wasn't.
Instead we get a shitty talking dex that won't even open the map when i fucking ask him to, he just spouts off some cutesy bullshit.

Hidden Abilities are also an absolute pain in the ass to get in Gen 7 too, Dexnav did it way better.
