Gonna have to breed them from scratch unfortunately. As far as what you should do, just check a list of all possible pokeballs and match what ones you think look best to the pokemon you want to use. If you like especially difficult to obtain balls (such as the apricot ones), the GTS can be a good source if you have decent trade stock.

I sometimes use poke because I don't care about balltism and poke balls are unavoidable on most teams so at least it matches.

So I'd say it's either zero balltism or mild balltism out of need for matching balls. The fact that pokes are so plain helps alleviate the balltism that comes from wanting a specific ball type. Besides, having a team with poke, great, and ultra is tacky.
