Dialga exists beyond time and Palkia exists beyond space, while Giratina was banished to a negative plane on the other side of the Pokémon world. Arceus is the Creation Pokémon, it doesn't need dimensional shit, it literally IS every dimension.

I think you're confusing that with Arceus LIVING in a different dimension.

The Creation trio and Arceus all live in their own separate dimensions, before the UB's were introduced they were the only legendariues who didn't actually reside in the main Pokemon world. Though with Giratina it's not by choice since he was banished to the Distortion World but ah well.
