The special attack is already stupidly high, so a little extra speed from the min maxed stats that it has wouldn't hurt

I'll probably just see how much damage I need to one shot mudsbray and some other stuff and then make a decision after that but it's certainly not easy.

Try resetting for hp fire anything. Literally impossible. HP Ice isn't that bad.
