Clairvoyance:
Priority to all Psychic moves

Primary Moment:
Priority to all moves

Fair Play:
Cannot have any move used on it when its being switched in, this basically means this pokemon can switch into anything and never be hit so trying to predict is useless.

Breaking Point:
Super effective moves deal double damage

Density Break:
The defense stat of any pokemon facing the user is 0 until the end of the turn.

Clearing:
Entry Hazard moves are no longer possible as long as the user is on the field, all entry hazards are also nullified.

Magic Burn:
The burn status of this pokemon halves special attack instead of Attack.

Absolute:
Secondary effects of all moves are always at 100 percent.

Curse Toxin:
Pokemon poisoned by the user have the base power of their moves reduced.

Pure Warrior:
Pokemon can only use attacking moves when the user is on the field.

Soul Leech:
Anytime an opposing pokemon heals via anything that healing is sent back to the user.

Intangibility:
For the first two turns physical moves have no effect on the user however it cannot attack during these two turns.

Spatial Rip:
Skips the foe's turn even three turns.

Prepared:
Hold two held items

Master:
In a multi battle until ally pokemon faint this pokemon can never be targeted.

Perfect Force:
The moves use by this pokemon cannot be resisted.

Red Hot:
Fire type moves deal supereffective damage on Rock,and Water types.

Stinginess:
Stat boost by this pokemon are not negated upon switching out,but this pokemon cannot be Baton Passed.

Element Trap:
When a move of any type is used, typeless damage that ignores stat buffs or nerfs is applied to the user of that move. The move type that the trap applies to varies like Hidden Power. Yes it is possible for a Normal Element Trap.

Avenger:
When the pokemon is statused it permanently disables on random move of the opposing pokemon for the rest of the battle.

Evolution:
The pokemon's type will change constantly to stay alive. For example if a normal type move is used, then the user becomes a Ghost, if the pokemon using has Scrappy then the user becomes Rock or Steel type.

If the user is about to be hit by a flying type move they become any type that resists flying or even something that really resists Flying like Electric/Steel for example.


Type Null:
To opposing pokemon the user is typeless meaning their moves hit the user neutrally always. However this also means the user has absolutely no weaknesses EVEN IF THEY DO HAVE A TYPING.

Monotany:
STAB is impossible until the user faints.

Super Body:
User cannot be damaged by moves with ORIGINAL Base Powers below 80.If a move with lower base power is used then the users HP stat wont change.

Immortality:
If the user faints, it comes back with Full HP and PP only once per battle.

Ally Boost:
If the user faints they can select one stat of an ally they are about to switch in to increase by 2 stages, or if the ally is on the field in a multi battle as well.

Limit Breaker:
Multi hit moves can now hit from 1 to 8 times.

Decision:
Choice items no longer lock the user into one move however the user will faint in four turns IF they are using a choice item.

Wonder Wall:
Reflect and Light Screen now quarter damage when used by the user.

Perfect Mimic:
Status moves used in multi batles now hit all opponents. So you could thunder wave all three pokemon in a triple battle or leech seed them as well.

Numbness:
Paralysis caused by the user makes the chance of using a move 1 in 8.

Shield Warrior:
The user can only be damaged if they use an offensive move.

Shift Status:
Status moves will affect the pokemon directly next to the pokemon on the field meaning you could paralyze a pokemon before it even gets sent out. However the user cannot status pokemon on the field.

Orbital Shift:
Increases gravity while this pokemon is on the field.

Daydreamer:
Evasion +2 but might not follow commands on any given turn.

Miasma:
All non-Poison, non-Steel, non-Immunity pokemon lose 1/8th of their health every turn this pokemon is out.

Max Effort:
Charge moves lose their charge time, but now deal recoil damage equal to 1/4th damage given.

Reflection:
Non-contact special moves are reflected back at the attacker (still receive damage).

Pitiful:
Opponent's damaging moves have a chance to fail. The failure percent rises as this pokemon's HP decreases (max at 50% chance to fail).

Last Man Standing:
All stats sharply increased when switched into battle (except evasion). Only activates if it is the last healthy pokemon left in your party.

Activates "Trick Room" when this pokemon is sent out.

Orchard:
Chance to find a random berry after a turn (20% but increased to 100% during Sunny weather).

Frost Body:
Chance to cause Freeze status to opponent if hit with a contact move (10%)

Breakdown:
Sharply reduces one random stat after every turn (except turn it is sent out).

Echo Effect:
Increases power of sound-based moves (+50%).

Grounded Reality:
Halves damage from Psychic, Ghost, Fairy and Dragon type moves (both giving and receiving).

Lingering Spirit:
Activates an aura similar to Reflect, Light Screen and Safeguard after this pokemon is KO'd, but only lasts 3 turns.

Second Wind:
Might revive with 1HP by itself (5% chance at the end of every turn after it has been KO'd). Fails if it is the last pokemon active on your team.

On the subject of Lunatone and Solrock:

Lunar Tides: Boosts the power of water type moves whilst this pokemon is on the field (may or may not stack with rain)
Solar Flare: Boosts the power of fire type moves whilst this pokemon is on the field (may or may not stack with sun)

Item Adept (can't come up with a better name): Double the chance of the Pokemon triggering items like quick claw, or doubles the held item's effectiveness

To be fair, most abilities can only be broken if the Pokemon itself can utilize it perfectly.
If Wonder Guard didn't exist and someone made it up in a thread like this, you'd think any Pokemon with that ability would be broken beyond belief.

Altought most of these wouldn't be as broken as they sound like they would be if the pokemon is not greatest, just look at Araquanid.
