But that's weird. Why would he change his codename? 100kr and Looker are vastly different names so maybe there is a big reason why he changed it. To hide something?

Cause he lost his memory in ORAS and probably only had an ID with 100kr on it, and he or the people who found him figured that was his name so he started to go by that

Well his codename was 100kr.
Kr is a currency called Crowns that is used in the Czech Republic, Denmark/Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. Although I don't know if that's true, just got from wikipedia.
Maybe that's one of the places he originated from? New Region confirmed to be one of those? Or maybe 100kr just means 100 crowns? I have my tinfoil hat already on boys
