Presumably it's based off Morchella mushrooms, which aren't hallucinogenic. But it's a Pokémon, so it could taste like tomato soup for all we know.

One thing I really like about her design is how simple her clothes are.
A paint stained, oversized shirt, an undershirt, scuffed up jeans, and worn in shoes.

It's almost plain in comparison to most outfits in the game.
