Considering the half safe, half oddball choices they've be having here, it genuinely saddens me that Infernape didn't make it into the game, given his potential.

I'm one of the few that likes both Blaziken and Infernape, but i think i would've preferred Infernape in Pokken, to be honest.

I'm hoping on Decidueye, because then we finally have a fully evolved starter of every type.

I think it'd be criminal if they didn't put in Buzzwole. Although if they did, they might have to put in Pheromosa as well.

Considering the YUGE development times in Smash Bros iterations, i think we'll be halfway into Gen VII when Kerfuffle is finally announced. Unless we finally get our reboot with the Pokemon franchise going HD and nesting on the Switch, i seriously doubt we'll get a gen VII rep in Smash.

Incineroar for sure. We don't have anyone who punches and throws people, except Mario, Dr. Mario, Luigi, Wario, Bowser, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Ganondorf, Captain Falcon, Little Mac, Lucario, etc. Adding a wrestler will be very exciting for players AND the dev team.

Just like Pokken is 100% Fighting-types.

Submissions don't really fit into the Smash formula. The goal is to do damage and launch foes away. Grapplers would be unique but you're essentially looking at a character with 4 Brawl Snake down throws and MORE FIRE PROJECTILES YAY.

He doesn't have to be a pure grappler. Wrestling moves like pulling a chair and whacking people with it, his up throw replacing his down throw for Snake effect (the backbreaker), a weak 450 for dair, etc. DD Lariat/Darkest Lariat could be his recovery, etc. Hell, incorporate his heel gimmick where he gets better when he has high percentages and gains a buff when he has a name cheer (that's not RNG - you can trigger name cheers).
