Why do people keep joining Battle Royale in level under 50

because uninformed players join one match, see that they are underleveled, get stomped, and never play it again

this is how a game mode dies, gamefreak should have auto leveled all pokemon to 50 for it

Basic rule of multiplayer gaming is that new players need to join to replace veterans who are leaving.

The game need to do something to entice new players. Pokemon is awful with this, nothing is explained, and once one knows what it takes, the first reaction is "fuck this". I mean, who enjoys spending dozens of gameplay hours to make a team that isn't even guaranteed to work?
