If you catch the "Ultra Beast", are you really can control their? Or their control you?

There is only one explicitly parasitic UB, and one that can control others via pheromones.
If the question is valid for the UB's then it's valid for the likes of mewtwo, salazzle and other Pokemon that have manipulative powers.
