Why are the Tapus such cunts?

Koko, Lele and Bulu's dex entries all mention how they're either angry, cruel or lazy. They also look like shit.

Fini is the only one to not have a dex entry that describes it negatively and the only one that looks nice.

Tapu Bulu does not like unnecessary battles or frightening other Pokémon. Because of this, it makes a loud ringing noise with its tail to alert those nearby of its presence.
