Honestly, did the RNG aspect get out of hand this generation?

Not as major, but apparently they nerferd thunderwave from 100 base accuracy to 90 base accuracy. I was surprised to see when one time my Charjabug missed with it.

Swagger is also down to 85acc and Confusion is 1/3 chance of hurting instead of 1/2
Dark Void is down to 50acc
It seems more that they're trying to discourage people using hax competitively by nerfing it than trying to make it more random.

You better grind at Poni Meadow then which has the highest level wild mons in the game (around 55). Getting to 100 in this game is a fucking bore.
