Almost every pokemon in 7th gen has shit speed. They actually lose speed for evolving. But ohhh well GF's fault for making this game so shitty that moving 2nd means an insta loss.

Tapu and some UBs are the only things that got decent speed this gen.

It seems they wanted to try and make useless and forgotten mons viable.
