Blue Eyes and Red Eyes both have no SpDef, SpAtk, HP or Speed.

The Pokemon have this because they can outspeed and OHKO with any Special attack.

If they could have 252 EVs at all stats at lvl. 50 it would be 202/172 atk/sp.atk and 172/152 def/sp.def for Zekrom and 172/202 atk/sp.atk and 152/172 def/sp.def for Reshiram, not counting natures. BEWD or REBD could just fart on them and still would OHKO.

All I've ever seen on it's card is Attack/Defense.
As far as this argument is concered Blue Eyes has no Special, or Speed.

That Effect can only be used during your turn and it basically counts as your attack. Since it has no Speed, it'll go last and since it has no HP or SpDef even a Rattata using Swift could OHKO it.
