/pgg/, I need your advice:

1) In completing the >90% IV pokedex, if two pokemon have the same number of IV, would you keep the pokemon with more maxed out IV (more 15s) or the pokemon with higher CP (as the atk iv is calculated twice in the CP formula it becomes the most important one)?
Pic related. Which one would you choose and why?
Personally I would choose higher CP ones (starred in the pic), as even if the IV percentage is the same, they are stronger and maybe when trading is implemanted most people would want the 15s ones as they don't know about the CP formula, but they can check out the IV with appraisal.

2) Can anybody link me to a scanner with IV please? I saw people using it in the last thread.

The level 27 will give you a ready-made high cp gym sitter. The other one will give you a mid cp strong mon you don't have enough candy to invest on, which is useless for training but could be a nice attacker for snorlax

You can use shitmons to beat under 2k or even under 2k5 mons people put in gyms, you don't need to use them to prestige.
Once I get a good primeape, I'm likely to use it and powering up, if you like a mon, you can just use it no matter how shit the mon is.
For the weekly or daily quest I agree, they could easily make fun stuff, but it took them 5 months just to change a formula, so I'm not really expecting anything.

I think gyms should be themed by type like in the main games.
Any pokemon of that particular type would receive a 50% buff to stats (and therefore CP) or something like that. The type of the gym would change randomly every week.

Or go a completely different route and make gyms serve two purposes. One would be as it is right now, which is people battling other people's mons. The other portion would be AI-controlled gym challenges.
When the player chooses the AI option, he'll pick the difficulty (enemy mons at level 15 / 25 / 40) and battle 6 mons of a certain type just like in the main games.
If he defeats them all, he's rewarded with a bronze/silver/gold (depending on difficulty) badge of that type.
The players would then get rewards based on the number and the type of badges that they earned every week.

I meant the Pokestop 'Try Again Later' error, which was also 10 minutes
I get it often if I try and spin as my connection dies, when I respin it's just goes lolnope and tells me to fuck off, incredibly annoying now with the speed limit, because I can't tell if it's locked me out or just thinks I'm moving too fast

If that's what you meant too, a bit weird they'd make one error 3 minutes but another 5
