Try browsing for sets in BL2 and RU. Those tiers are an absolute goldmine for gimmicky meme sets that can catch shitters off guard.

I've found Unburden sets to be particularly memey.

way back from 3rd to 5th gen, Seaking did swift swimmingly in Ubers with Kyogre.

A good number of Ubers were weak to bug and were more physically frail so those Megahorns to the face delivered from Seaking's respectable attack stat did its job pretty damn well.
