This but phys def with roost over glare instead. Also, ditch hyper voice for flamethrower for those steel types.

Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
- Roost

Ice Beam can be replaced by a coverage special move of your preference. You're supposed to use roost to gain a free special attack boost due to berserk, then you can kill a lot of shit, specially if you have the chance to freely set up calm mind.
