There honestly just wasn't enough emphasis on the originals. This is the 20th anniversary after all, they could have at least included Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle. They also really should have included Moltres Zapdos, Articuno, and Mewtwo. This game just does an all around terrible job at catering to long time fans of the series.

I love RBY. I've started with those 18 years ago. I have been a genwunfag for the longest time, but really? More birds and Mewtwo!? GTFO...
